The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As an Quality Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

This role will be critical to secure seamless IT Operations across all globally deployed Quality Management capabilities and applications. You will become part of our IT team which is focused on standing up the Solventum IT organization including exiting TSA agreements, deploying new global applications and standing up a new global ERP.

As the Quality Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
• Leading the deployment of S4 Hana Quality Management functionality at Solventum manufacturing plants
• Supporting the global design of the ERP system including business analysis, requirements definition, testing, and training
• Collaborating across business groups and functions to ensure readiness activities are understood and on track to meet target timelines.
• Implementing change across the global organization to standardized processes and capabilities
• Supporting Solventum strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a minimum of seven (7) years of private, public, government or military environment experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED and Nurse Licensure (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure with a minimum twelve (12) private, public, government or military environment experience

AND

• Minimum of 5 years prior SAP ERP support experience
• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a Quality Management role
• Minimum of 5 years prior Project Management experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Understanding of ERP best practices in process design, configuration, and development
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and team collaboration skills.

• Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
