What You Will Do:

• Lead internal quality monitoring process

• Evaluate the performance of automated processes in production

• Coordinate with client on quality concerns and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with the business process and network engineers to ensure quality is maintained as systems are digitized

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Eight (8) or more years’ experience leading quality monitoring and evaluation

• Ability to obtain public trust clearance

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An active public trust clearance 

• PMP Certification 

• Experience working with federal agency(s)

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
