The Quality Lead is responsible for leading the quality domain within the company. This role involves establishing statistical control methods, bridging the gap between design and production, and ensuring that all products meet or exceed both technical specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and manage the company’s quality initiatives.
- Inspection Oversight: Manage end-to-end inspections, including Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product stages.
- Statistical Analysis: Implement statistical sampling and testing methods for effective process monitoring and control (SPC).
- Problem Solving: Provide technical solutions for quality issues arising in production or reported from the field (CAPA/Root Cause Analysis).
- Standardization: Develop and implement quality procedures and workflows to ensure product and service excellence.
- Compliance: Leading external and internal audits and the management of non-conforming materials.
Working Interfaces
- Internal: Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering.
- External: Customers and Suppliers.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Experience & Education: Proven background in the Quality field – Mandatory.
- Academic Degree: B.Sc. in Engineering – Significant Advantage.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience specifically in Quality.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, including assemblies, wiring, and electronics.

- Analytical Thinking: Precise analytical skills with the ability to read, process, and analyse data.
- Detail Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
