As we continue to grow throughout Florida, we’re seeking an experienced vacation ownership professional to join our team as a Regional Quality Assurance Lead supporting the Florida Gold Coast Region.

Position Summary

The Regional Quality Assurance Lead will provide Quality Assurance support and oversight across Capital Vacations’ Florida Gold Coast sales operations, including Orlando, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, and Hollywood Beach.

This position will serve as a key regional resource for Quality Assurance teams and site leadership, helping ensure consistency in closing procedures, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and the overall owner experience across all supported locations.

The Regional QA Lead will work closely with regional and site-level Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and operational leadership to identify trends, strengthen processes, support training initiatives, and promote best practices throughout the Gold Coast Region.

The ideal candidate is an experienced vacation ownership QA professional with extensive knowledge of contracts and compliance, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to successfully support multiple sales locations.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Quality Assurance Support

  • Serve as a primary Quality Assurance resource across the Florida Gold Coast Region.

  • Support QA teams and site leadership with closing procedures, contract requirements, compliance questions, and operational challenges.

  • Conduct regular visits to Gold Coast locations to evaluate processes and support operational consistency.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and continued development of Quality Assurance team members.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices across multiple locations.

  • Promote accountability, consistency, and high professional standards throughout regional QA operations.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Help ensure adherence to Capital Vacations policies, state and federal regulations, and applicable vacation ownership requirements.

  • Support consistent application of compliance standards and ethical sales practices throughout the region.

  • Review escalated owner concerns, contract issues, and potential compliance matters.

  • Identify areas of operational or compliance risk and escalate concerns to appropriate leadership.

  • Partner with QA, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and operational leadership when addressing complex compliance matters.

Operational Performance

  • Partner with Gold Coast leadership to support strong operational performance and consistency.

  • Monitor Quality Assurance trends and key performance indicators, including cancellations, rescissions, closing quality, contract accuracy, and owner experience.

  • Identify recurring trends and help develop action plans to address opportunities.

  • Support initiatives designed to improve closing quality, reduce preventable cancellations, and strengthen the purchase experience.

  • Share successful processes and best practices across Gold Coast locations.

Contract Administration & Closing Quality

  • Support accurate and compliant contract administration across all assigned locations.

  • Review contract packages and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and funding readiness.

  • Help ensure required compliance documentation is completed and processed appropriately.

  • Provide guidance regarding contract workflows, credit applications, equity documentation, disclosures, and closing requirements.

  • Assist with identifying and resolving contract discrepancies before they create operational or owner-impacting issues.

  • Support accurate and timely regional QA reporting.

Owner Experience

  • Help ensure every owner receives a professional, consistent, and transparent closing experience.

  • Support QA teams in clearly communicating purchase details, documentation, and ownership information.

  • Promote processes that build owner confidence and understanding throughout the closing process.

  • Identify opportunities to improve owner communication and reduce confusion that may contribute to cancellations or dissatisfaction.

  • Maintain a strong commitment to both compliance and exceptional customer care.

Training & Development

  • Support the onboarding and development of new and existing Quality Assurance team members throughout the Gold Coast Region.

  • Provide coaching related to compliance, closing procedures, documentation, systems, and owner communication.

  • Identify training opportunities based on audits, performance metrics, regional trends, and operational observations.

  • Help establish and maintain standardized QA processes across Gold Coast locations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced vacation ownership professional who demonstrates:

  • Extensive knowledge of vacation ownership Quality Assurance, contracts, and compliance.

  • Previous experience supporting or leading QA operations within a vacation ownership sales environment.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training capabilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify potential contract or compliance concerns.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of leadership.

  • The ability to successfully support multiple locations and competing operational priorities.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A commitment to ethical business practices, operational excellence, and an exceptional owner experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of vacation ownership or timeshare industry experience preferred.

  • Previous Quality Assurance, contract administration, closing, or related vacation ownership experience required.

  • Previous leadership, training, or multi-site support experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of vacation ownership contracts, disclosures, compliance requirements, and closing procedures.

  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal vacation ownership regulations.

  • Ability to analyze operational trends and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Orlando, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, and Hollywood Beach locations.

  • Flexibility to support weekends and business-critical schedules as needed.
