The Quality Department ensures products meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and compliance. This team works throughout the production process to monitor quality, prevent defects, and continuously improve products and processes.
This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).
Key Responsibilities:- Take a leading role in implementing updated process controls.
Assist in improvement projects.
Implement preventive measures to reduce future defects and process risks.
Collaborate with the Quality team to analyze and track data.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product and order compliance.
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to stay organized and mage time correctly.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
