Lead supplier quality improvement and monitoring by developing scorecards, conducting supplier assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement, training suppliers, supporting MRB, and performing first article/first batch inspections. Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams and travel to supplier sites.

Operate and set up CNC mills/lathes in a team-oriented vane/liner cell, inspect and deburr parts, perform sub-assemblies, maintain inventory and records, follow blueprints and quality controls, rotate workstations, complete documentation, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Provide technical quotations and respond to customer technical inquiries; validate orders vs. quotes; coordinate technical review meetings; collaborate with supply chain and business leaders on pricing and lead times; advise on product application; ensure export law compliance; support field sales and regional service centers; participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and problem-solving.

Lead manufacturing process improvements, design production methods, tooling and fixtures, troubleshoot root causes, drive cost reduction and manufacturability, mentor junior engineers, develop work instructions and metrics, coordinate with vendors/customers, and support product design reviews and material non-conformance resolution in an on-site aerospace manufacturing environment.

Design and improve manufacturing methods, processes, tooling, and layouts; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions; evaluate design changes and equipment; perform cost analyses; develop work instructions and metrics; train operators; coordinate vendors/customers; support material review board and present ROI for capital or process improvements.

Lead strategy, market intelligence, and M&A support for Aerospace & Advanced Technologies. Conduct market and competitor analysis, build long-term forecasts, identify acquisition targets, develop strategic and value-creation plans, and present insights to senior leadership. Manage strategic planning with business unit leaders and maintain competitive intelligence databases to inform go-to-market and adjacent market expansion.
