Develop and implement manufacturing processes for machined aerospace components, support production with root-cause analysis, create/maintain routings, justify tooling/capital, and support AS9145/APQP process controls including FMEAs, control plans, and PPAP.

Lead site-level financial operations for a 45-person location: oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, SOX compliance, audits, ERP enhancements, and a small finance team while partnering with site leadership to drive profitable growth and talent development.

Schedule assembly cells using judgment and scheduling tools; release Kanban/ERP replenishment and purchase orders; add work orders; expedite late materials; manage supplier communications and portals; support NPI, RFQ/RFI sourcing and cost analysis; update tactical supply boards and Pareto missed shipments.

Design, develop, and support enterprise applications (Oracle EBS/Fusion), Azure data solutions, RPA (UiPath), and Power Platform. Provide ERP production support, collaborate with stakeholders, create documentation and test plans, and ensure SDLC, security, and performance standards.

Perform channel and market research across the Americas, analyze product and partner performance (orders, sales, pricing, profitability), produce actionable insights and visualizations, support Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, and assist sales leadership with channel strategies and competitive analysis.

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for nuclear sensor products. Manage supplier selection, qualification, contracts, KPIs, obsolescence, supplier quality engineering, and a sourcing team. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to optimize cost, lead time, and supply risk; travel up to 30%.

Lead end-to-end IT integrations for M&A and divestitures, defining strategy, managing scope/schedule/budget, coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams, ensuring compliance and security, driving ERP and application migrations, stakeholder communication, change management, KPI dashboards, and post-close synergy realization.

Administer and support Product Data Management (PDM) systems (IBM DOORS, EWM, RPE, SolidWorks EPDM). Manage user accounts, configure projects and workflows, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades and deployments, assist enhancements, ensure configuration control and regulatory compliance (DFARS/ITAR), produce technical documentation, and provide end-user training.

Develop and execute integrated marketing communications and digital programs to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation. Create technical and commercial content for web, social, email, print, and events. Manage website (Drupal), SEO, analytics, campaigns, webinars, media relations, and lead management in partnership with sales, engineering, and product teams. Track performance with Google Analytics and Salesforce and manage marketing budgets and trade show/event support.

Lead supplier quality improvement and monitoring by developing scorecards, conducting supplier assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement, training suppliers, supporting MRB, and performing first article/first batch inspections. Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams and travel to supplier sites.

Lead and execute quality assurance activities for aerospace manufacturing: analyze production data, drive root cause/corrective actions, maintain quality systems (AS9100/ISO9001), support audits, qualify process/product changes, and mentor teams using Six Sigma/Lean/SPC tools.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines in a team-oriented cell, process and inspect parts to blueprint requirements, perform deburr/finish, sub-assembly, inventory control, documentation, routine maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement. Must meet physical and visual standards and follow safety and quality procedures.

Create CAM programs, work instructions, and Oracle routings from engineering drawings and CAD data; resolve design/data errors; plan operations, tooling, inspection points, and labor estimates to support production.
