Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

About the role

TMS’s Global community has three exciting opportunities for Quality Executives to join our client team in Chennai, New Delhi and Mumbai on a permanent basis. The POS Quality Executives will ensure the delivery of quality assured pop materials to clients, adhering to DS Smith – TMS policies, and regulatory guidelines. They will be responsible for instore audits, supplier quality management, and maintaining quality documentation.

Some daily responsibilities will include-

• Conduct in-store audits for compliance and submit reports promptly.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits for quality compliance. Coordinate closure of non-conformities or improvement opportunities.
• Daily check supplier quality, manage change requests and deviations, prepare risk assessments, and coordinate problem resolution.
• Monitor product quality and processes at suppliers. Ensure quality requirements at retail stores.
• Build and maintain supplier and customer relationships, solve problems, meet organisational and customer needs.
• Maintain records of all audit reports, customer-related records, and quality documentation.

To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or helpful -

• 3-5 years in POS/FSDU with a passion for quality in retail.
• Drive improvements and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient in ISO 9001:2015, 7QC, and 8D.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify key issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, customer expectations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate for these roles is a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in POS/FSDU.
