Summary
We’re looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who is ready to lead a high‑caliber team and shape the future of our manufacturing and product quality. In this role, you will champion proactive quality engineering practices that prevent defects, strengthen process capability, and ensure our products meet the highest technical and regulatory standards. You’ll guide quality oversight from early design through full‑rate production—helping ensure our centrifuge components and processes are robust, efficient, and ready for release.

What You’ll Do
You’ll guide a high-performing team of quality engineers and play a key role in ensuring our products and processes are built for excellence. In this role, you’ll shape quality strategy, strengthen manufacturing capability, and drive improvement across the full product lifecycle. You’ll lead APQP efforts, champion robust processes and measurement systems, oversee root-cause investigations, and use data to elevate performance. You’ll partner closely with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure requirements are met, risks are mitigated, and quality expectations are consistently exceeded.
We’d Love to Hear from Candidates with
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q Clearance within one year of hire
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a similar technical discipline
• Four years of nuclear (ASME NQA‑1) experience
• Experience with advanced problem-solving, process improvement, and supporting design and manufacturing engineering interfaces
A Successful Candidate Also Brings
• Master’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or similar field
• Ten years of total Quality experience, including at least four years in nuclear applications

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made. In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
