The Project Controls Engineer will manage project baselines, drive performance, analyze trends, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide front-line IT support: troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain desktops and applications, manage user access, deploy and test tools, keep inventory and documentation, collaborate with IT teams, and evaluate emerging technologies to support capacity planning.

Serve as the owner's advocate to support design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and startup of plant systems. Coordinate with Centrus teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and suppliers; develop engineering documentation; support quality and configuration management; participate in field walkdowns and integrated testing; monitor project progress and budgets; ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

Lead and execute IT audits across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and operational technology. Assess ITGCs, cybersecurity controls, SDLC and access management, translate findings into remediation recommendations, support internal/external audits, monitor remediation, and help mature IT governance and controls. Partner with IT, cybersecurity, finance, and business teams to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead corporate accounting activities including journal entries, complex reconciliations, month-end/quarterly/annual close, U.S. GAAP compliance, SOX/internal control support, audit support, financial analysis, and process improvement across cross-functional teams.

Independently set up, adjust, and operate precision lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts to strict specifications. Interpret technical drawings, plan machining sequences, select tooling and fixtures, perform finishing and hand-tool operations, verify quality with precision measurement instruments, monitor machine systems, use shop math, and coordinate materials and communications to support machining operations.

Support and administer the Industrial Safety Program at a plant, conduct inspections and incident investigations, implement safety training and OSHA recordkeeping, apply federal/state regulations, enforce stop-work authority, and assist with regulatory reporting and safety communications.

Lead owner's advocacy across planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover for a next‑generation enrichment facility. Coordinate EPC teams, vendors, and contractors; support equipment specs, design packages, inspections, configuration management, safety requirements, test plans, installation standards, and NQA‑1 activities. Monitor schedules and budgets, assess risks, review contractor documentation, and perform field walkdowns and preventive maintenance planning.

Produce precise 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo for centrifuge components and assemblies. Develop fabrication and assembly documentation, ensure GD&T and manufacturability, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations to resolve design issues and support facility projects.

Lead and manage daily QC laboratory operations, supervising technicians and performing hands-on wet chemistry, mechanical and analytical testing. Ensure equipment calibration, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and communication of results to production, engineering, and QC teams.

Lead projects from concept through execution: develop scope, schedules, staffing and cost estimates; maintain project plans, earned value reporting and dashboards; coordinate resources, lead reviews and contract negotiations, implement corrective actions, and communicate status to senior leadership.

Perform and document QC inspections and oversight at Piketon and vendor sites to ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Program, NRC and DOE regulations. Identify and document nonconformances, reinspect repaired items, support commercial grade dedication, supplier evaluation, audits, readiness reviews, investigations, and interface with regulators and contractors while maintaining safety and required security clearance.

Senior Network Administrator responsible for server, network, and data center performance, security, and reliability. Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, cabling, servers, OSes, web/app servers, and directory services. Troubleshoot incidents, apply patches/upgrades, support OT/SCADA as needed, and collaborate with IT leadership on security and planning.

Design, deliver, and evaluate employee training programs; manage the Learning Management System and training records; coordinate new-hire onboarding; perform job task analyses; support regulatory/state/federal inspections and continuous improvement for training effectiveness.

Lead and build the companys external and internal communications and PR program. Develop and execute strategic messaging, media relations, executive and crisis communications, digital channels, and employee communications. Partner cross-functionally, measure impact, and ultimately hire and mentor a team to scale the program and protect brand reputation.

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys: draft and manage contracts, maintain corporate records, coordinate regulatory filings, assist with litigation and eDiscovery, conduct legal research, support public company compliance and internal investigations, and collaborate with business partners and outside counsel to keep legal operations accurate and on schedule.

Support and maintain the Oak Ridge Quality Assurance Program by ensuring QAPD and procedure compliance, driving corrective/preventive actions, developing QA procedures and metrics, leading internal audits, training personnel, and assisting supplier evaluation and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop a purchasing team to manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, compliance, DOE subcontract administration, and cost‑effective procurement. Oversee quality, records, audits, and stakeholder communication while improving processes, balancing workloads, and exercising full supervisory authority to support plant operations.

Lead initiatives to analyze and improve manufacturing operations, optimize plant layout and staffing, reduce waste, and support product launches. Drive Lean/continuous improvement, value stream mapping, manufacturing planning, quality compliance, and cross-functional projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, and performance targets.

Drive manufacturing process development, design for manufacturability, and continuous improvement to meet production targets. Lead transitions from design to production, enforce quality and safety/compliance standards, support statistical analysis and project delivery, and maintain manufacturing systems and documentation for complex components and assemblies.
