Independently develops complete machining processes, CNC programs, tooling, and workflows for precision parts. Sets up and operates CNC and manual lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and multi-axis equipment. Interprets engineering prints, selects machining strategies, troubleshoots production issues, and inspects and certifies components against stringent quality requirements.

Administer and maintain operational and engineering networks supporting facility operations, manufacturing, and business functions. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes, execute production plans, manage risks, budgets, and schedules, and support new customer opportunities. Ensures compliance with security, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Leads the Industrial Engineering Department and AC100M value stream at a manufacturing center. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring engineers, optimizing facility layouts, developing tooling and packaging designs, directing planning and analysis, driving lean continuous improvement, maintaining value stream maps, achieving operational targets, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, schedule, and budget requirements.

Provides administrative and clerical support, including preparing documents, invoices, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, records, calendars, and budget information. The role requires knowledge of NRC and DOE requirements, construction and manufacturing activities, quality certifications, strong computer skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.

Lead corporate accounting activities including journal entries, complex reconciliations, month-end/quarterly/annual close, U.S. GAAP compliance, SOX/internal control support, audit support, financial analysis, and process improvement across cross-functional teams.
