Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools and reporting. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes. - Experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
