Who you are:
As a Quality Engineering Analyst III, you are our quality control, ensuring every system is risk-free and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You’ll play an important role in developing testing plans, identifying gaps in requirements, and developing solutions for complex IT systems. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.
What you’ll do:
- Define testing plans, identify gaps in requirements, and propose testing hypotheses for complex program/system changes
- Perform a risk assessment on programs/system changes to prioritize related programs/systems on which to run batch testing
- Write functional test cases, automation test scripts along with preparation of required test data
- Execute tests and validate results to determine which issues need to be addressed by the development team
- Communicate how and why issues need to be fixed, and coordinate across multiple development teams to fix complex issues

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Software Quality Engineering or other relevant IT industry or banking experience
- Expertise in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management
- Experience leading project teams, developing project estimates and timelines, and implementing strategies to overcome project constraints
- Experience with one or more functional/regression testing tools
- Understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Project Management experience
- Financial industry experience
- Exposure to test automation tools/execution
