Who you are:

As a Quality Engineering Analyst II, you are our quality control, ensuring every system is risk-free and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You’ll play an important role in developing testing plans, identifying gaps in requirements, and developing solutions for complex IT systems. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.

What you’ll do: 

  • Define testing plans, identify gaps in requirements, and propose testing hypotheses for simple program/system changes
  • Identify interfacing and related programs/systems on which to write functional test cases to execute batch and functional testing and automate test scripts
  • Execute tests and validate results to determine which issues need to be addressed by the development team
  • Collaborate with the developer to fix issues
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Software Quality Engineering or other relevant IT industry or banking experience
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management
  • Experience participating on project teams and incorporating testing activities into project plans
  • Experience with one or more functional/regression testing tools
  • Understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management experience
  • Financial industry experience
