Responsibilities:

• Quality support from NPI to MP whole production life cycle.

• Quality management from process to customer.

• Drives end to end process yield improvement.

• Customer complaint follow up and leading continue improvement.

• Analyzes reports for field returned products and recommends corrective action.

• Develop and define the standard, inspection method during NPI.

• Assist QA manager in improve quality management level and customer satisfaction.

• Oversea travel per requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering.

• Good English listening & speaking

• Well communication with foreign customer

• Quality data analysis & report preparation.

• High power (PSU/BBU/Power shelf) experience is preferred.

• NPI quality experience is preferred.

• Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated
