Quality engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality in accordance with customer requirements, monitoring and analyzing internal and external product quality problems, communication with the customer, receiving and processing complaints and preparing 8D reports.
Your role:
- Ensuring product quality in accordance with customer requirements
- Communication with the customer, responsibility for receiving and processing claims and preparing 8D reports
- Monitoring and analysis of internal and external problems in product quality
- Monitoring and improvement of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards
- Development and creation of quality standards, procedures and tools
- Knowledge of methods for creating PPAP documentation
- Creation of CPK and active participation in the preparation of FMEA analyses
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Monitoring key KPI quality indicators
- Analyzing the special quality requirements of customers, informing the organization and adapting the quality system according to customer requirements
Candidate profile:
- Completed VI or VII degree University/Higher education
- 2 years of work experience in the same or similar roles
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.)
- Knowledge of the QMS (EOS) and IATF/VDA relevant standards, as well as specific customer requirements
- Knowledge of High Voltage technology (preferred)
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
