What you will be responsible for:

• Develop quality control processes, procedures, standards, and records based on the company’s quality policies and guidelines, providing a standard framework for quality management.
• Participate in the development of company quality management standards and lead the creation and optimization of cross-departmental quality control processes.
• Manage quality throughout the entire lifecycle of products and materials, including early-stage design, pilot production verification, NPI, and mass production, ensuring proper quality planning and control.
• Oversee quality management of product and raw material reliability, EMC, and safety testing plans, and implement quality control measures.
• Drive quality improvements and defect resolution for assigned product lines, ensuring quality objectives are met.
• Take full responsibility for end-to-end production quality management for assigned countries and contract manufacturers, including achieving quality targets and results.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Applied Electronics, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries such as computer hardware or communication equipment, covering materials, product quality, R&D, projects, or process management.
• Experience in establishing and implementing quality standards, processes, and systems, with the ability to apply quality methods to execute quality management activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management theory and practice, capable of quickly understanding products and optimizing quality tools, methods, and processes to improve quality.
• Cost-conscious, responsible, collaborative, with strong planning and execution skills.
• Experience implementing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 within an organization.
• Familiar with QC Seven Tools, Six Sigma, SPC/CPK, MSA, FMEA, variance analysis, regression analysis, DOE, etc.
• Well-versed in ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
• Strong team management and training abilities, with excellent cross-department communication, coordination, and driving skills.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and able to work in a fully English-speaking environment, including reporting and client communication.
• Fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage for effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
