Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Supply Quality Engineer to join our young and dynamic Supply Quality team. We need someone who is organized, adaptable and able to respond appropriately to situations.

What awaits you:

• Solving the daily agenda of supplier quality – managing items and approving them
• ​​Solving supplier discrepancies and closing them in a timely manner
• Active participation in solving problems associated with supplied parts and materials
• Working with quality tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Other activities focused on preventing and finding potential quality risks
• Direct communication with inland and foreign suppliers
• Close communication with colleagues from other departments, including foreign ones
• Prioritizing income inspection activities
• External audits at suppliers
• Working with the Baan system, CSMS and MS Office tools

What knowledge and skills should you have:

• Secondary education with a high school diploma, which can be replaced by relevant experience
• Experience with quality in a manufacturing company
• Ability to quickly adapt to diverse situations and find solutions to a given problem
• Communicative knowledge of English is a prerequisite – written and spoken form for everyday communication
• Open-minded personality with a positive attitude towards communication
• Willingness to undertake business trips in the Czech Republic, but also abroad
