Join a pioneering force in network automation!
At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks. Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company, we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.
Quality Engineering
- Design and evolve automated test strategies for complex backend systems (data processing/network device data mocks, pipelines, distributed components).
- Help to create testing frameworks and tools.
- Build and maintain integration, regression, and end-to-end tests that validate real network scenarios and edge cases.
- Work with network/backend engineers during design phases to ensure testability, observability, and clear contracts.
- Actively challenge assumptions and uncover failure modes before customers do.
- Help with data anonymization tools.
- Own and evolve Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback, reproducible builds, and safe deployments.
- Own mock frameworks and test tools, Docker-related code, and staging environments of our team.
- Improve deployment automation and release confidence across environments.
- Partner on monitoring, alerting, and incident readiness, helping teams understand system behavior in production.
- Contribute to platform reliability by identifying bottlenecks, flaky tests, and systemic risks.
- Be a first-class member of the engineering team — participating in design discussions, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive a culture where quality is shared ownership, not a separate phase
- Help define what “production-ready” truly means for the team
- Strong engineering background with experience in test automation and/or DevOps for backend systems.
- Solid understanding of backend architectures and data mocking/testing.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment practices.
- Ability to think in terms of failure modes, edge cases, and system behavior under stress.
- Pragmatic mindset — you balance speed, quality, and risk rather than optimizing for a single dimension.
- Backend services (Typescript) - no UI testing, yay!
- In-house test frameworks (Python, Typescript).
- API and event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and data-heavy workflows.
- Testing against networking labs (simulation of large networks).
- Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments.
- Observability stacks (metrics, logs, tracing) are used to reason about real production behavior.
- 25 days of holidays + 5 flexi-days.
- Pluxee Flexi Card (up to 16 000 CZK per year)
- Full remote or hybrid role (based in Czechia).
- Anniversary rewards.
- Collaboration with diverse, international teams.
- A pet-friendly office at IP Pavlova.
- Complementary and yummy snacks, coffee, brew and refreshments.
- Regular team and company events.

What We Do
IP Fabric’s Automated Network Assurance Platform helps companies empower their network engineers to discover, verify, and document large scale enterprise networks within minutes. IP Fabric automates network infrastructure data collection and provides predefined verifications that highlight inconsistencies, misconfigurations and issues within enterprise networks.
With experience and strength across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Sector and more, we are ready to support businesses in addressing their key network management challenges with a new, analytically driven way of managing your network infrastructure.
Using a unique network model and algorithms, the system reconstructs network state and simulates actual packet flows to detect critical violations, business-impacting inefficiencies, and verifies policy compliance.
Based on graph theory of mathematics, native visualization of all network topologies and protocols provides unparalleled visibility, answering the question about how the network is running. Beautiful documentation and report outputs can be used directly as part of an existing process or managerial reporting requirements
