The Role
Supports manufacturing quality operations, investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, process improvement, change control, risk assessments, audits, validation, product containment, and documentation. Collaborates with Stryker sites and operational teams on quality topics and product-related cases. Requires an engineering or science degree, at least one year of relevant experience, English and Polish proficiency, and familiarity with regulated quality systems. SAP, MES, and Windchill knowledge is advantageous.

What You Will Do: 

In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing 

  • Participate in investigations and root cause analysis by the NC and CAPA process.

  • Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis 

  • Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews 

  • Collaborate in internal audits 

  • Support validation activities under supervision 

  • Assist with product holds and containment actions 

  • Contribute to daily cases related to assigned project and products 

    • Leading role in contact with other Stryker sites and respectfully Stryker Divisions in quality related topics. 

    • Dealing with quality related topics with Stryker Skawina Operations, Planning, Logistics, etc. 

     

    What You Need: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field 

    • At least 1 year of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment 

    • Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred) 

    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills 

    • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team 

    • Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written) 

    • Knowledge of SAP/MES systems and Windchill will be considered an additional advantage 

      


    Poland Pay Ranges:

    • Poland, Skawina: zł92.500 - zł154.300 PLN Annual
