Quality Engineer PPaP

What will your responsibilities be?
- Ensuring sampling of supplier parts with defined standards
- Ensuring sampling of Adient supplied parts in accordance with defined standards
- Management of overview of purchased components from suppliers (overview, sample storage, sample marking)
- Management of PPAP samples of complete seats (overview, sample storage, sample marking)
- Performing internal D/TLD audit
- Evaluating product and process change management
- Management of "part history" of complete product
- Management of supplier overview for D/TLD audits, QMA, requalification, PSCR persons, PPM agreements, self-audits
- Communication with customers regarding seat sampling (including organization of meetings and presentation of seats)
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- High school education – manufacturing (advantage)
- Minimum 1 year in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of PPAP and VDA2 sampling processes
- Knowledge of PC software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
