As a Quality Engineer II here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of quality control / assurance activities and the delivery of high-quality products, frequently interact with customers, defining expectations and ensuring offered support to all customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
You will report directly to our ESM Materials Quality Director and you’ll work out of our Orange, TX location.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
- Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical, science, technology, or engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques
- Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,775-$105,940. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
