As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play an essential role in supporting our commitment to quality excellence by assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 0-2 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and data analysis.
- Experience with quality documentation and audit processes is a plus.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Internship or co-op experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and statistical analysis tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $63,900 - $79,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
