What will you be doing?

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret quality related data from multiple internal systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support quality performance monitoring and decision making

  • Support root cause investigations and CAPA activities through advanced analytical and statistical techniques

  • Build and enhance predictive models for defect detection, process optimization, productivity improvement, and quality monitoring

  • Explore and apply machine learning and open-source models to support quality and operational excellence initiatives

  • Partner with cross functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, and IT to drive data driven quality improvements

  • Document, standardize, and maintain data workflows to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and compliance

  • Participate in audits and provide data driven insights to support quality and compliance activities

  • Handle and analyze large datasets while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not required

  • Typically, 0 to 3 years of experience through internships, co ops, academic research, or professional experience in data science, statistics, process improvement, or quality improvement

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Python, R, and/or SQL

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Understanding of quality methodologies including SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple functions

  • Exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare is preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
