The Quality Engineer Coordinator – NPI is responsible for supporting New Product Introduction by ensuring manufacturing processes are developed, validated, and implemented to meet quality and production requirements. This role partners with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to deliver successful product launches while driving process capability and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do- Lead quality activities supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate manufacturing processes and ensure production readiness for new product launches.
- Drive process capability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation requirements.
- Support the implementation of quality standards while ensuring successful industrialization of new products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting new product launches and cross-functional engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
