As a Quality Coordinator, you will ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, support audits, manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and corporate requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949, and corporate EHS/GQMTS requirements.
- Lead and support internal and external audits (ISO, IATF, PCA, EHSS).
- Manage environmental legal requirements and implement new regulations.
- Support final finishing quality, customer claims, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate IMS activities, reports, and management review meetings.
- Lead cross-functional teams for Control Plans, FMEA, and APQP.
- Manage audit findings and actions in systems like CompliantPro, NSF, and ORDB.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Environment, or Integrated Management Systems
- Knowledge of ISO14001, IATF16949, and environmental regulations
- Experience with audits, compliance, and corrective action follow-up
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable
