What You Will Do

  • Apply quality engineering tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop, maintain, and audit product and process specifications to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

  • Support the implementation of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes while ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, plant optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Track, analyze, and report key quality and process performance indicators while supporting project execution and risk management activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.

  • Experience or certifications related to quality control systems, problem-solving methodologies, and project management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply systematic problem-solving techniques and troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to contribute to team goals, embrace continuous improvement, and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
