What You’ll Do

In this mission-driven role, you will:

  • Provide countywide oversight and guidance to Adult Foster Care and/or CLS programs.
  • Mentor Program Managers and frontline teams to bring Person‑Centered Planning from philosophy into practice.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.
  • Develop solutions and processes that make work easier, more efficient, and more impactful.
  • Apply Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to strengthen services and elevate the people we support.
  • Partner with the leadership team to imagine—and create—a brighter, more inclusive future.
  • You won’t just supervise programs, you will elevate them.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Successful completion of all background and health-related clearances
  • A genuine passion for helping others thrive
