Lead and supervise Direct Support staff in a group home, ensuring person-centered care. Operate the group home including maintenance coordination, safety compliance, budgeting, staff management, vehicle oversight, and required clearances.

Provide mentorship and supervision to youth (ages 12-20) in a secure residential treatment setting, support individual treatment goals, maintain safety and structure, build respectful mentor relationships, and follow treatment and licensing guidelines.

Provide countywide oversight for Adult Foster Care and Community Living Services, mentor managers and frontline teams, implement person-centered planning and Continuous Quality Improvement, develop efficient processes, and partner with leadership to improve service quality and outcomes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support: greet visitors, route calls and messages, process documents, maintain files and supplies, update records, assist staff with office equipment, and support continuous improvement of office processes.

Provide case management and person-centered planning for children with developmental disabilities; coordinate services, monitor outcomes, advocate for clients, and support culturally competent, recovery-based practices while working with families in community settings.
