Designs and leads recreational programming for youth in a secure residential treatment setting. Creates safe, structured activities tailored to individual needs, supports treatment goals, supervises and engages residents, and collaborates with care teams. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, experience working with at-risk youth, strong communication skills, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for a secure youth residential treatment program, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, background check coordination, selection, and offer extension. Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs for program launch, recruit diverse candidates across entry-level and professional positions, and manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Partners with prospective adoptive families to help abused, neglected, abandoned, and traumatized children find permanent homes. The role involves communicating with applicants, supporting family strengthening and empowerment, collaborating with teams, and completing required child welfare training and background screening. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required; child welfare experience is preferred.
