Job Description
Elevate Health Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Control Support Technician. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our laboratory documentation and testing processes.
Position Details:
Time: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time
SHIFT: 8am-4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Work Objectives:
- Assist with raw material releases, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Review, process, and maintain accurate records of raw material releases, finished good CofAs, and laboratory documentation, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain a secure and organized electronic and physical documentation repository, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with in-house testing of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely completion and adherence to testing protocols.
- Monitor testing results and promptly report any deviations or issues to the Testing & IQA Supervisor.
- Review and process testing invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare testing quotes for internal purposes or customer requests.
- Assist with managing laboratory inventory supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Participate in maintaining and scheduling laboratory equipment calibrations, ensuring timely and accurate instrument performance.
- Collaborate with the Testing & IQA Supervisor to address and rectify any compliance issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of documentation-related quality control procedures, promoting continuous improvement.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of standard operating procedures relevant to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrate the ability to complete assigned tasks on time and effectively adapt to changing scheduling demands.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring smooth progress toward objectives.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools.
- Experience with quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
