Support daily batching operations in a hot-fill contract manufacturing environment. Verify and document raw materials, assist with batching, holding, pasteurization, product transfers, and equipment setup/cleaning. Maintain safety, GMP, FDA, and HACCP compliance and accurate documentation under direct supervision.

Lead product functional research including omics, biological and clinical studies, and data analysis. Design and manage substantiation studies, collaborate with internal and external partners, translate science for marketing, evaluate raw materials, support regulatory registration, publish findings, present in English and Chinese, and incorporate AI into research and analysis.

The Line Lead oversees pack-out operations, ensuring quality, compliance with regulations, team coordination, and process improvements. Responsibilities include training staff and maintaining safety standards.

Oversee pack-out line operations to ensure finished products are packed, labeled, and shipped per GMP/FDA standards; assign tasks, train and coach team members, inspect quality, maintain production records, report deviations, and support process improvements and equipment maintenance.

Line Workers support production by measuring, weighing, and inspecting products, maintaining cleanliness, using machinery properly, and ensuring product quality in compliance with GMP standards.
