Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, manage relationships, resolve issues, coordinate internal teams, forecast and report account activity, support onboarding and on-site visits, and assist sales leadership with administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain relationships with large customers, track orders and inventory through production, communicate invoices/POs/payments, ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution, coordinate cross-team communication (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales), and help improve processes and policies.

Manage and coordinate daily production unit operations, ensure regulatory compliance, motivate and supervise staff, recommend and implement process improvements, prepare operational analyses and reports, and represent the unit in meetings. May oversee one or more line operations and perform related duties as assigned.

The Filler position involves managing operational systems, coordinating unit policies, and overseeing machinery operations. Responsibilities include inspecting products and adjusting equipment as necessary, requiring attention to detail and technical skills.

Lead product functional research including omics, biological and clinical studies, and data analysis. Design and manage substantiation studies, collaborate with internal and external partners, translate science for marketing, evaluate raw materials, support regulatory registration, publish findings, present in English and Chinese, and incorporate AI into research and analysis.

The Line Lead oversees pack-out operations, ensuring quality, compliance with regulations, team coordination, and process improvements. Responsibilities include training staff and maintaining safety standards.
