Adree is seeking a Quality Control, Senior Engineer responsible for ensuring product/service quality by performing inspections, tests, and audits across the production or service lifecycle. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives, leads quality documentation, and coordinates with production and other teams to address quality issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee quality inspections and testing according to established standards, work instructions, and relevant specifications.
- Review batch/production records to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and document quality deviations/non-conformities (NCs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ensure proper use and calibration status of measuring instruments/test equipment (as applicable).
- Monitor product quality trends and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation (checklists, inspection reports, test records, QA logs).
- Support internal/external audits by preparing documents and ensuring readiness for audit requirements.
- Collaborate with production/operations to improve process capability and reduce defects/rework.
- Train and guide junior QC team members on quality processes, inspection methods, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Inspection roles (industry-specific).
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, Pareto).
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.
