The Role
Leads quality control activities for industrial construction, maintenance, and turnaround projects. Manages multidisciplinary QC inspectors and NDE personnel, develops quality and inspection plans, interprets codes and client specifications, coordinates weld and NDE inspections, controls material traceability and documentation, resolves nonconformances, oversees corrective actions and root cause investigations, and manages project turnover packages and client reporting.

Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of Quality Control experience in industrial construction, maintenance, and turnaround environments.
- Minimum 5 years in a QC leadership role (QC Manager, Lead Inspector, Quality Superintendent, etc.).

- Strong organizational and communication skills in fast-paced turnaround environments.

- AWS CWI
- API 510, 570, and/or 653
- ASNT Level II Certifications
- NACE Coating Inspector (preferred)
