Construct and install structural steel per blueprints: fabricate, hoist, align, bolt, cut, bend, and weld iron/steel. Use rigging, cranes, levels/laser equipment, and specialty tools (torque wrenches, skidmore, mag/hogan drills). Follow safety protocols, read IFC drawings and cut sheets, perform basic welding and maintenance, work at heights, and lift/move materials up to 50 lbs. Coordinate with supervisors and lead helpers to execute installations.

Lead enterprise internal communications strategy and execution to engage corporate, field, and frontline employees. Develop multi-channel content, partner with HR and leadership for change communications, create toolkits and measurement frameworks, and optimize communications for non-desk audiences.

Lead electrical design and execution for power/industrial projects: develop schematics, one-line/three-line diagrams, lighting, grounding, and raceway systems; coordinate disciplines, manage budgets and schedules, provide field support/commissioning, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Support project managers by developing and maintaining engineering and integrated project schedules, monitoring progress, preparing earned value reports and forecasts, analyzing schedule impacts, and coordinating cost control and reporting for engineering projects.

Lead and mentor a payroll tax team ensuring compliance for a 10,000+ employee workforce. Oversee multi-state and international payroll tax filings, deposits, reconciliations, audits, agency notices, vendor relationships (e.g., ADP), and collaborate with Accounting and Treasury on accruals and remittances. Drive process improvements, system updates, and support expatriate payroll functions.

Lead mechanical engineer for nuclear power (PWR/BWR) systems. Drive and track pre-delivery document submittals to meet contract and project schedules. Prioritize and expedite supplier documentation, analyze supplier performance, participate in engineering and project expediting meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, escalate ongoing issues, and provide stakeholders regular status updates. May embed at fabrication sites or jobsites and travel up to 25%.

Design and analyze chemical process systems: produce PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, process simulations, and equipment datasheets. Size and rate pumps, vessels, exchangers, and relief systems; perform hydraulic and flare header analysis. Prepare instrument and line lists, process descriptions, and participate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews. Support projects as an individual contributor and present technical information to clients and peers.

Lead process engineering team to develop PFDs and P&IDs, size and rate equipment, perform hydraulic and relief/flare analyses, participate in HAZOP/LOPA and PHA reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, estimate project resources, and present technical information to clients and peers.
