Job title: Global M&S Services, Quality Control Business Expert / LIMS

Your job, as Global M&S Services, Manufacturing & Supply Quality / Business Expert /Lims within M&S Quality, you will be :

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to effective management of the LIMS deployment. Scoping, Budget monitoring & capacity planning. Follow up, monitoring, tracking and reporting.  Ensure consistent deployment across sites including adherence to data management rules (master data / transactional data taxonomy, conventions, data modelling ..)
  • Manage risks, monitor progress and delivery, manage project resources & allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges appropriately in partnership with Digital teams, site project team, and Program Lead. Ensure Lifecycle management related activities are handle in accordance with defined procedures: ensure compliance along solution life cycle (Change control, risk assessment, incidents …) and contribute to appropriate support to user community (training, animation of a community of users…) 
  • Support sites in managing issues, trouble shooting
  • Handle changes at core solution level. Manage risks and mitigation actions in liaison with Global System Owner and respective Process Owners
  • Support the standardization of processes and ways of working associated with the project under his / her responsibility. Ensure standardized master data & data management implementation across sites 
  • Coordinate and support consistency of usage (across organizations/GBUs) in adequation with real needs and process design 
  • Contribute to value realisation through the implementation & usage of the new solution as implemented (paperless targets, business value, cycle time reduction, etc …)
  • Support to measure the impact of the solution implementation through relevant KPIs defined with Performance team and the relevant BPOs and Global Solution owners

 About you

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industrial Quality organization, with hands-on experience in QC Area and QC processes execution
  • Robust knowledge of LIMS solutions as key user

Technical skills:

  • Strong experience in projects / agile mode,
  • Action oriented, results driven, performance and patient focused mindset,
  • Proven experience in project management in GxP regulated environments (waterfall & agile)
  • Solid knowledge & experience of computer system requirements & validation and/or digital solutions implementation in GxP contexts

Soft skills:

Education:

  • Higher level technical/scientific education

Languages:

  • Good level of Professional English
