Location: Budmanijeva 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
Trial work: 6 months
Full time position (40 hours per week). Hybrid work: a newly employed worker will be entitled to hybrid work after successfully
completing a 6-month trial period

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new families for the panel of viewers
- Updating and constant monitoring of all information about installed households.
- Proactive communication with panel members.
- Support to technicians in the field.
- Preparation of daily reports for the purpose of data quality control.
- Regular telephonic verification of information in production bases with the situation on the ground.
- All other tasks as necessary determined by the Employer.
Required skills, abilities and knowledge:
- SSS/VŠS/VSS (with economic background)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills and affinity for working with numbers
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, especially Excel).
- Ability to focus attention on details.
- Independence in performing work tasks.
- Openness to learning.
- Ability to work in a team with a "get things done" attitude
- An affinity for electronic media such as television
- Responsibility and reliability when working with confidential data.
Offer:
• Contract for an indefinite period, with a trial period of 6 months.
