The Role
Perform first-piece reports, hourly quality checks, ink color checks, visual and dimensional inspections, line audits, special testing, and finished-goods audits. Maintain spec sheets and production documentation, support new project testing and training, perform plant walk-throughs, and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

•    Responsible for doing ink color checks.
•    Responsible for all special testing required by procedures.
•    Responsible for doing overflows as required.
•    Required to perform hourly quality checks.
•    Required to line audit while collecting hourly samples and in any free time.

•    Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
•    Perform sweeping, cleaning, sorting duties as necessary.
•    Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures.

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

SKILLS:
Required: Must have been qualified back-up QC Inspector or a qualified Packer/Selector if no back-ups are available.  Must have good attendance, must have shown dependability in current position, and must have good reading and writing skills. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift.  Work involves continuous lifting, bending, reaching and twisting. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (if applicable):
This position requires the cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.  Mechanical Aptitude a plus.
