- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung, in denen Sie QA/Compliance in der Life-Science-Branche erfolgreich gestaltet haben
- Fundierte GMP-Praxis aus der Pharma- oder Biotechnologie-Welt
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Qualitätsaudits
- Expertise in Change Controls, Untersuchungen, Root Cause Analysis und CAPAs
- Idealerweise Einblicke ins Facility Management
- Tiefes Verständnis für Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) und EMEA-cGMP-Standards
- Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen QMS-Plattformen
- Kommunikationsstärke, die Menschen überzeugt und mitnimmt
- Selbstständigkeit gepaart mit Präzision und Weitblick

Skills Required
- Bachelor degree in life sciences, engineering or comparable
- Minimum 5 years QA/Compliance experience in the life-science industry
- Practical GMP experience from pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
- Proven experience conducting and supporting quality audits
- Expertise in change controls, investigations, root cause analysis and CAPAs
- Deep understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and EMEA cGMP standards
- Experience with electronic QMS platforms
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Ability to lead investigations and drive corrective actions independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams without formal authority
