Job Description1. Quality Assurance & Control
- Conduct internal audits for QMS, FSMS, GMP, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor product and raw material compliance against specifications (COA creation, RM/PM approvals, product release).
- Manage nonconformities and deviations: document, investigate root causes, and drive resolution.
- Coordinate the blockage/de-blockage of non-conforming products and raw materials.
2. Food Safety & Hygiene
- Oversee and verify implementation of QMS, hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
- Follow up on pest control, sanitation practices, and departmental hygiene compliance.
- Participate in trial implementations and validations of new products or processes from a QA perspective.
3. Inspections, Audits & Documentation
- Conduct onsite inspections in all production and storage areas, promote departmental compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA documentation (NCRs, complaints, traceability logs, audit records, etc.).
- Support the preparation and execution of internal/ external audits.
4. Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation
- Investigate customer complaints, product deviations, and quality failures using root cause analysis tools.
- Participate in risk assessments, process studies, and suggest process improvements.
- Support implementation of new QA protocols, materials, and procedures.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, supply chain, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality and compliance issues.
- Provide QA-related feedback through reports, emails, and staff training sessions.
- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and implement follow-up quality improvements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or other scientific disciplines.
Experience:
from 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Technical Skills:
