Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role:
Genesys' education department, Beyond, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform quality review of documentation to support our team's success. Beyond is represented globally in multiple countries, with majority of products produced in American English.
The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally within the global Beyond team to produce clear and concise materials. These high-quality materials include website, classroom and eLearning, for consumption by our customers and stakeholders.
A Quality Assurance Specialist checks the implementation of standards and processes, conducts quality assurance audits, monitors, and records results from processes and procedures within Beyond. They will be responsible for adhering, monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve Beyond's final products and processes to meet established quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (in English, Communications is a plus)
- At least five years of work experience in Quality
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong emphasis on Excel
- Razor-sharp attention to detail
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills
- Implement and record QA metrics
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and communicate changes
- Critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Discipline to carry out repetitive processes
- Meet expected deadlines and release dates
- Must have the ability to analyze situations and respond quickly
- High degree of detail and excellent organizational skills
- Compile and analyze statistical data

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$50,900.00 - $99,900.00
