Euronet Software Solutions (Euronet USA, LLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet. Euronet Software Solutions was established with the mission of developing and evolving the payment technologies needed to power Euronet’s global operations. We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist in our Little Rock, Arkansas location.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the quality assurance testing of the Euronet Software solutions. This position works closely with multiple teams around the world to ensure the overall quality of the Euronet payments and card issuing software. Most common functions include creation and execution of test plans, working with software developers and architects to isolate and solve issues, working with product management and developers to improve usability, work with technical writers to provide input to product documentation, and with support and implementations teams to provide training and knowledge transfer for new products and features.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and execute test plans & cases based on software requirements and technical specifications
- Identify usability issues and work the product management and development to improve the user experience
- Record and document results and compare to expected results
- Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
- Document and report issues; track issue resolution
- Participate in application planning meetings.
- Work with automation team to identify and implement automation for new products and features
- Provide input to technical writers for product documentation.
- Participate in training of other departments for new features and products.
- 2 or more years of experience in a software development environment as a developer or tester.
- Ability to write detailed test scripts for user interfaces and back end processing.
- Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
