Key Responsibilities
Conduct Schreiber internal and supplier audits.
Monitor and follow up audit findings, including deviations and agreed corrective action plans.
Complaint management: Communication of incidents received to the plants, follow-up. Communicate with consumer to understand details. Follow up on sample recovery.
Review and verification of data for sending daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze monthly and weekly trends to follow up the quality objective.
Communication with consumers to understand complaints and share the analysis of the issue
Monthly review, tracking and categorization of complaints from all plants in Europe.
Development, creation and improvement of reports and dashboards according to needs.
Participation in the Food safety and quality programs: follow-up of objectives, follow-up of complaints, awareness campaigns, monthly meetings.
