This position reports to:
Continuous Improvement Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment and continuous improvement of the quality strategy for the local organizational unit, including quality culture, management systems, tools, and processes, with the aim of achieving and exceeding customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Maintains compliance with ISO 9001 requirements through effective documentation control, audit management, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as a key owner of the site's Quality Management System. Collaborates with internal functions, customers, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure quality requirements are met and sustained. Assists the organization in achieving the right balance of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to quality issues. Coordinates customer visits, audits, and business reviews, while partnering with HSE to support compliance and certification activities related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Contributes to the development of a culture of quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to achieve world-class performance.
The work model for the role is: Onsite; Senatobia, MS
This role is contributing to the ELSP Division in US. Main stakeholders are Customers, Suppliers, Sales, Production, Product and Process Engineering, R&D, Agile teams, Procurement and Material Planning.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting specific communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility.
- Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.
- Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
- Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
You are immersed in a fast paced environment, and you enjoy working with a fast paced team and within the low voltage product market
You have at least 2 years of experience in Quality, ISO9001 & CI fields
Possess an enhanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ABB ELSP Quality Wins program, QMS and low voltage products manufacturing
You are passionate about Continuous Improvement and Digitalization
Degree in Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation)
You are at ease communicating in English
