This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior Associate – Engineering Services to oversee and manage the quality assurance function within our Digital TechOps Engineering. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and delivery excellence in client projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, updating SOP related documentation, performing internal Audit and Root Cause Analysis etc.

The Following responsibilities will be part of this job role:
  • Design and execute plan to assess quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal/industry standards and aviation regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure regular follow-up to govern/control such items.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections for compliance with industry/internal standards. Issue Audit reports and record the findings through established recording methodologies.
  • Prepare and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions and quality briefings to enhance awareness of best practices.
  • Maintain quality-related documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify new initiatives that can be introduced in Quality Assurance with respect to contracted services.
  • Review the documentations as per review cycle for process improvements.
  • Align with Quality Assurance lead on the work plan, allocate with associate and accomplish the task on-time
  • Arrange and conduct Training to the department on Quality initiatives and mentor junior team members on quality standards and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Records Audit within aviation or aerospace industry.

- Strong knowledge of aircraft technical records, airworthiness regulations, and lease return / delivery standards.

- Familiarity with industry standards such as EASA, FAA, and ICAO regulations.

- Knowledge in ISO 9001 standards and practices.

- Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis and methodologies used.

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

-  Experience with Al applications and tools related to Quality Management along with tool like

   Microsoft word, Microsoft power point, Power Bi etc.

- Experience in flydocs software is compulsory.

 Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:

- Quality management/ Quality Assurance course certification.



Skills Required
