Technical Records Intern supporting aircraft maintenance and aviation asset records. The role involves learning and handling technical records, aircraft components, MRO processes, AMOS, DGCA requirements, auditing, and asset management. Candidates will complete a one-year internship in Vadodara, including six months of induction and training onsite, with potential permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

The role partners with engineering leaders, QA, HR, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and align development programs with business KPIs.

Manage and grow assigned airline and aviation customer accounts across the digital TechOps ecosystem. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, relationship management, customer reviews, product adoption, issue escalation, customer communications, CRM record maintenance, upselling, cross-selling, pipeline development, budget guidance, and commercial negotiations. The role connects customer needs with Product, R&D, Customer Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams while supporting long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.

Audits aircraft technical records and maintenance documentation, conducts aircraft and component inspections, performs quality audits, reviews technical manuals, and ensures continuing airworthiness requirements are met. The role requires expertise in aviation technical records, Hard Time and OCCM components, AMOS or similar aviation maintenance systems, accurate reporting, and strong communication skills.

Oversee quality assurance for digital engineering services in aviation. Responsibilities include assessing deliverables, conducting audits and inspections, documenting defects, analyzing quality metrics, performing root cause analysis, maintaining SOPs and quality records, implementing corrective actions, delivering training, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.

Lead end-to-end QA strategy for web and API applications, including UI, API, automation, and performance testing. Develop Playwright frameworks, validate Angular frontends and NestJS backends, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and establish quality metrics. Mentor QA team members, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps, oversee release sign-offs, and conduct root-cause analysis for production issues.

Leads Swiss-AS AMOS configuration, aircraft data migration, validation, testing, and post-implementation support for aircraft induction and fleet transition projects. Manages data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, reporting, and audit documentation. Coordinates with Engineering, CAMO, Maintenance Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, OEMs, and lessors to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Supports project cutover, go-live, user training, and regulatory audits.
