Scans, sorts, audits, quality-checks, and uploads high volumes of airline records to a digital platform. Maintains scanning equipment, verifies image quality and data integrity, manages physical records, identifies discrepancies, supports quarantining procedures, and provides progress updates to customers. The role also requires safe handling of record shipments, housekeeping, stakeholder interaction, and travel to domestic onsite scanning projects.

Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, regression, and performance automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, Cucumber BDD, Jenkins, GitLab, and JMeter. Create test cases and datasets, monitor executions, investigate failures, improve flaky tests, validate backend data with SQL, analyze defects, and track quality metrics. Support continuous testing, automation coverage, release quality, and performance optimization.

Lead aircraft technical records and lease transition projects, including lease transactions, records audits, on-site end-of-lease transitions, and physical aircraft inspections. Audit compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, STCs, Life Limited Parts, structural repairs, and Hard Time and OCCM components. Use AMOS, TRAX, technical manuals, OEM platforms, IATA standards, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.

Leads Swiss-AS AMOS configuration, aircraft data migration, validation, testing, and post-implementation support for aircraft induction and fleet transition projects. Manages data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, reporting, and audit documentation. Coordinates with Engineering, CAMO, Maintenance Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, OEMs, and lessors to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Supports project cutover, go-live, user training, and regulatory audits.
