Summary: Assist in the collection, aggregation and analysis of data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors. Responsible for data entry for intra-departmental monitoring as well as regulatory monitoring. Assists the Assistant Director of Regulatory Compliance and the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in all educational and compliance activities.

Salary Range: 116,983.73 - 143,483.74/ annually
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Participate in the collection of data generated for the Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement program, regulatory and compliance for Calvary Home Care and Hospice.
- Develop and format data collection tools as directed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of data collected.
- Prepares Hospice CAHPS mailing list monthly prior to submission to Press Ganey.
- Calculate response rates for various surveys and data collection processes.
- Coordinates the timely and accurate implementation of telephone surveys; collate responses.
- Enters survey/QA & PI data onto appropriate computer program.
- Prepares mailings and meeting arrangements and takes minutes for Calvary @ Home
- QA & I and Professional Advisory Committees and Performance Improvement meetings.
- Maintains accurate education records on each employee within Calvary @ Home.
- Collects Medicare D information and notifies appropriate Medicare D Plan upon admission and discharge for Medicare Hospice patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience required with accurate typing ability.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel spreadsheets).
- Knowledge of graphic display of information.
- Attention to detail and follow-up; proven organization skills.
- Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
