Our client is seeking a Quality Control/ Quality Assurance who is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, testing materials and products, and analyzing data to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Working in shift, responsible for all IPQC( Internal Process Quality Control) activities in the shift & co-ordinate shift activities by effective communication.
- Overall responsibility to ensure the stickered bags are available for FG packing& control the issue of labelled bags to production line.
- Responsible for monitoring of Pest control systems by daily inspection of rodent trap/insecticutor/pheromone trap, and plant inspection to identify any pest activities and initiate the corrective action plan.
- In-process monitoring and online sampling and reporting of physical quality analysis of semi-finished products, finished products.
- shift wise chemical analysis of IPQC samples & record the analysis result in the “analysis report”
- Online product and process quality verification and immediate reporting for online correction.
- Monitoring & reporting of defective material.
- Monitoring the activities of blending (RM / SFG) and FG packing.
- Online sampling of SFG/FG and analysis against the specification and release on time.
- Ensure & verify the consumption of raw material as per the QA allocation.
- Ensure the RM and Byproduct consumption as per the plan. 12. Shift wise retain samples & shipment sample storage for future reference and maintain the record.
- Ensure all CP and CCPs are available and working condition. CCP monitoring & record verification.
- Ensure the manufacturing/packing process is cleaned as per the cleaning schedule and its documentation.
- Changeover cleaning inspection & verification.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the plant as per the GMP norms & monitoring HACCP activities.
- Ensure plant workers hygiene and Jewellery policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related area
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
