The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, building strong customer relationships, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing data to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities with stakeholders, including vendors, branch managers, on
ground teams, and customers.
- Ensure strong and effective communication to clearly convey the intent of marketing activities.
- Build customer relationships and ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and take remedial actions when
necessary.
- Support the marketing team in completing agreed-upon activities efficiently and on time.
- Create digital campaigns and gather feedback from customers to improve future initiatives.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all marketing initiatives and market feedback.
- Manage the marketing database and coordinate email distribution efforts.
- Draft marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant leads and insights to the company.
- Liaise with printers, designers, and other vendors to ensure services are acquired at the best
value to the company.
- Exhibit a creative flair, positive attitude, and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Build and
manage strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
