As an Registered Nurse / LPN, you will:
- Work for a rapidly growing company in the nation's fastest growing industry
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Enjoy the experience of working one-on-one with clients and their families to develop a plan of care through the initial assessment process.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Monitor and Supervise Medication services
- Occasional delegation to non-licensed staff
- Present educational in-service and initial trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
- Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion
- Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN/RN licensure in Montana
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
