Recruits and onboards home-care staff for an Albuquerque branch. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and hiring, conducting screenings and background checks, managing onboarding and orientation, maintaining employee files, auditing compliance documentation, developing recruiting strategies, and supporting staffing goals. The role is full-time, in-office, and requires strong communication, professionalism, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Processes weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll, including importing time and earnings data, calculating gross-to-net pay, applying deductions and tax codes, auditing variances, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and wage laws. Resolves employee payroll questions, processes termination payments, maintains confidentiality, and communicates payroll issues to leadership and field departments.

Coordinates employee onboarding and orientation, including pre-hire forms, background checks, fingerprints, drug screens, Form I-9, and E-Verify. Maintains complete electronic and physical personnel files for compliance and audits, liaises with corporate Human Resources, and answers employee questions about benefits, pay, and related HR matters.

Supports day-to-day marketing campaigns, communications, and brand initiatives. Designs marketing collateral, creates content, maintains brand consistency, processes promotional orders, develops internal newsletters and announcements, supports local branches, manages online location information, and coordinates marketing projects and vendors. The role requires strong writing, graphic design, organizational, interpersonal, and campaign management skills.

Builds relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources to promote home health and hospice services. Identifies business development opportunities, educates healthcare partners, coordinates partnership meetings, supports patient transitions, executes territory growth plans, and reports weekly activity and results. The role requires strong sales, communication, community outreach, and relationship-management skills, along with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living and other referral sources to promote home health and hospice services. Identify referral opportunities, educate partners, coordinate transitions of care, collaborate with local clinical leaders, execute targeted outreach plans to grow census, and provide weekly activity and results reporting to leadership.

Provide administrative and recruitment support for a branch: process new hires, maintain accurate employee records, ensure HR/compliance and A/P paperwork, manage service monitoring calls, maintain professional office appearance, protect confidentiality, and follow Medicare/Medicaid/HIPAA regulations.
