Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our SCITES 2 team in Doral, FL.
The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to work onsite in Doral, Florida and have the opportunity to work in a high-profile IT and Cyber Services program supporting the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) 2 contract. Our customer maintains a highly demanding mission and requires our support to provide expert technical and professional management support to the commands enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. The Quality Assurance Manager will provide direct support to SCITES 2 and play a critical role in the successful execution of the program.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage program instantiation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Deploy and implement appropriate QMS processes.
Create and oversee Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)/Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the QMS.
Recommend, facilitate, track and report on continuous process improvement activities.
Implement audit practices for internal processes and products.
Ensure adherence to all standards, Leidos policies, and best practices .
Support the development and collection of performance metrics.
Track, analyze and report to program management on trends found in the performance metrics.
Provide the program manager with timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives.
Report to higher level management on Quality Achievement and act as liaison for enterprise quality initiatives for the program.
Review and submit contract deliverables.
Ensure compliance with PWS, QASP, EENG, ISO (namely 9001:2015) for the program as applicable.
Create, update, and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicable.
Document and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
Support Leidos reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews.
Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Experience providing Quality Management with Software Development and IT Service Management Projects.
BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
4+ years’ of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Must be a US Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO9001/ISO20000/AS9100/CMMI Dev or Svc.
Experienced with peer reviews and process auditing.
Experience collecting and analyzing metrics.
Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project).
Ability to support limited domestic travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.
Certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.
Experience with Agile principles.
Understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation training or equivalent).
Formal auditor training.
Prior DoD project experience.

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
