Position Summary
Leads quality assurance and test design activities by developing quality programs, managing testing strategies, overseeing compliance and audit processes, analyzing quality performance metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs, processes, standards, and best practices.
Strong expertise in test strategy development, test design, and execution of functional, performance, integration, and regression testing.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing quality assurance teams in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to establish, monitor, and report on quality metrics, KPIs, and performance measures.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews against quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex quality issues and drive corrective actions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer support.
Knowledge of defect prevention methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, prioritization, implementation, and ongoing support of quality initiatives.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
