The Opportunity: 

CACI is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, Senior to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Quality Assurance Manager, Senior serves as CACI's senior quality management professional responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the program's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure contractual compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership for quality assurance activities supporting logistics, facilities, mission support, and operational services across multiple locations. 

The Quality Assurance Manager, Senior works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, functional managers, site leads, and subcontractors to establish quality standards, monitor program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services. This position promotes a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer requirements and contractual performance objectives are achieved. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the program Quality Management System (QMS). 

  • Establish quality standards, performance metrics, and quality assurance procedures supporting program execution. 

  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews across all functional areas. 

  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies. 

  • Identify quality risks, trends, and process deficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions. 

  • Coordinate root cause analyses and track corrective action plans through completion. 

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, procedures, and standard operating procedures. 

  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. 

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare executive quality reports and dashboards. 

  • Coordinate with program leadership, functional managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. 

  • Support Government audits, surveillance activities, and customer quality reviews. 

  • Conduct quality training and mentor personnel on quality management principles and best practices. 

  • Verify contractual deliverables meet established quality and performance requirements prior to submission. 

  • Promote organizational compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and contractual requirements. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, or compliance management for Government or Department of Defense programs. 

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations. 

  • Experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), conducting audits, and implementing corrective action programs. 

  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and corporate leadership on quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Desired:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. 

  • Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed Government contracts involving logistics, facilities, mission support, or operational services. 

  • Experience utilizing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other quality management and reporting tools. 

  • Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent quality management certifications are preferred.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,100 - $181,000
